This Tibetan Buddhist protective amulet was traditionally handcrafted at Dodrupchen Rinpoche's monastery in Sikkim, India, and empowered with all of the requisite prayers and rituals.

This particular amulet is intended to raise one's rLung rTa ("loong-ta") energy, translated literally as "wind horse." This principle, more commonly associated with Tibetan prayer flags of the same name, is astrologically associated with the luck element in one's life, though according to some texts this really refers to one's reputation. Each year, our rLung rTa element (which is stationary from birth) interacts with the rLung rTa element of the given year, creating auspicious or inauspicious circumstances for the year ahead. These circumstances shift yearly, so the importance of raising prayer flags or wearing rLung rTa amulets also changes year by year.

For an analysis of your personal yearly rLung rTa constitution, or for more information about reversing compromised rLung rTa (i.e. which cardinal direction is best for you to raise prayer flags this year), please contact Erik Jampa.

This is intended as a religious talisman and is not intended to treat or cure any disease.
