Study and Practice Group (bi-weekly)

  • Shrimala Online United Kingdom (map)

A bi-weekly study and practice group exploring spirituality, cultural ecology, history, philosophy, myth, ritual arts, and what it means to be human in a more-than-human world.

Each session includes a guided meditation, lecture, and group practice of the Yuthok Nyingthig Chöd, a concise and pithy sadhana composed by Jamgön Kongtrul (1813-1899) based on the teachings of Machig Labdrön (ca. 1050-1149) and Yuthok Yönten Gönpo (ca. 1126-1202).

Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of experience level or spiritual orientation.
